Parking Instructions

The AI LA Office is located at Blankspaces on Venice HOWEVER- access to our office is easiest through the back gate: 1800 Abbot Kinney Rd Venice CA 90291.

We recommend using a ride share platform (Uber, Lyft, Waymo), however street parking is available along Abbot Kinney, Venice Blvd, and Victoria Ave. There is 4 hr limit on the metered spots in the lots off Abbot Kinney. Venice Blvd has no time restrictions during the day.

Our office is the second unit closest to the Abbot Kinney gate, just past the gym. If you pass our decked-out patio, you’ve gone too far!
